Cut for Audience Feedback

  1. This is a good start. There's a little wobble / jump on the flowers bit, maybe where you took the still image isn't the end of your clip. You need a quicker cut at around 1.18 and I can't hear the conversation on the sofa, but otherwise this is good. I assume you're going to add more music and titles and credits?

  2. What is the clock thing at the beginning? Company name I'm guessing? Has a creepy atmosphere, like where the door handle wobbles. Spooky!

  3. I think this is a good start. There are some mistakes like the empty envelope appearing twice - we think you are putting a credit here? But when you sort out the little things it wil be good.

  5. I think this looks good although there is some unfinished editing in the middle. Not sure about the clock at the beginning but must be to do with tick tock! Keep going and good luck.

  7. Thanks guys for the feedback :D We are working on the envelope fall and a credit is going to appear there, we still have a lot of work to do but hopefully we will get it all done! Good luck to you too, from Shannon and Sarah

  8. Really like it, the acting is quite good. The woman is creepy, hope she's not you're mum! Was thinking maybe you could put the creepy music at the beginning over the house sequence to show something is wrong and maybe put more child-related music over the beginning like a music box or children singing or something? I don't know why i think this. Mikey

  9. I like what mikey said but i dont know why i think this either. Maybe just to connect the flowers with her children. I want to know whatt or who is behind the door so this is a good opening to catch your interest. Agree the middle is a bit messy.

  11. Clever to make spaces for your credits in the filming, we need to think more about that, ours are boring on our storyboard. Thanks!

  12. Agree the door thing is creepy. Are they being haunted by a ghost? Agree the woman is creepy at the end. I don't like her food. harry

  13. Hi Shannon and Sarah, i thought when i watched there would be a credit on the envelope thing and i can see you are working on it. Well done, it will be good. I agree about the wobble on the flowers and the door thing is very creepy but comes in a bit suddenly, there might be a better place?

  14. Maybe the door handle bit should go at the very end? After the mum and the soup?

  15. Actually really like the clock on your blog! This is good, agree about the creepy children's music, why is the mum putting flowers down? (I get that we find out later, i just wanted to know).

  16. I think she is putting the flowers down because the children are dead but don't know like 6th sence?

  17. I agree with Liam i think the children are dead. You cant hear what they say which is a shame. Something in the room would tell them they are dead like real children.

  21. i think maybe the dad is in the house the girls aren;t supposed to know about because there's something wrong with him so she pretends hes dead.

  22. I agree with Shannon!

  23. Shannons got it right! well..that was my idea of the film, the mum is hiding something behind the door.. the girls basically know something weird is going on but they dont know what. Im glad you all have round about the same idea from what we've done. We've sorted out most fuzzy and jumpy bits like the flower bit and its coming on well!
thanks for all of your comments, sarah
